Founded over 40 years ago we have built a strong local reputation for quality dental treatment both NHS and more recenly privately and via Denplan. We are now mainly a private dental practice with a small NHS contract catering mostly for children. Bought by Dr. Gareth Crowther on 1st November 2017, the practice has undergone an uplifting refurbishment to make our environment as welcoming as possible to all our patients.
Since then we have won prestigious national awards at the 2018 Dentistry Awards for Best Team: Wales and at The Dental Awards 2019 for Best Website & Digital Marketing Campaign.
As of June 2018 we achieved BDA Good Practice status following an independent inspection of our administrative, decontamination and clinical procedures. To find out more about BDA Good Practice please click below:
"We highly recommend our patients to register with Denplan as a great way to budget the cost of your lifelong dental care."
After an initial assessment and stabilisation treatment which will be carried out privately you can look forward to the following benefits of Denplan Care:
· Preventive care and advice
· All necessary dental treatment
· Out-of-Hours emergency care*
· UK & overseas emergency cover*
· No large one-off bills
The amount you pay per month for Denplan Care depends on your existing level of dental treatment.
*provided you opt into the insurance element, this will be explained at your assessment.
Alternatively you can register directly via Denplan Essentials from as little as £6.41 per month which entitles you to examination and scaling and polishing along with X-rays and in-hours emergency treatment and provided you opt into the insurance you get the same out-of-hours and UK and overseas emergency cover as above. Although you do have to pay for actual treatment Essentials members enjoy a 10% discount from the private list price.
So why not join essentials to get dentally fit as cost-effectively as possible then join full Denplan Care for ongoing peace of mind?
Situated approximately 5 minutes from Swansea City Centre by car, we have a large, free public car-park opposite. We regret that due to many steep external steps to the front door and also to the WC and treatment room internally we are not accessible to those who have limited mobility or use a wheelchair.
